iUPCS Inspection Module completely automates the inspection process from scheduling the inspection, taking pictures of damage, providing an estimated REAC Score, creating Work Orders for maintenance staff and updating the PHAS Report.

Scheduling:

Schedules UPCS Inspections and produces notification and finding letters and notices that can be customized.

Built-in reminder functionality alerts inspectors when notifications need to be sent or follow-up is necessary for findings and sends reminders/notifications to caseworkers or specialists.

Schedule is color-coded based on the status of the inspection, yellow for notified, green for confirmed, red for findings and light green for completed.

Schedules monthly housing cleaning inspections by project, building or specific units.
Inspection:

Follows the HUD Physical Assessment Sub System
Includes all the HUD Standard definitions for each area for the inspector to review. Additionally, provides the inspector the capability to add user defined standard comments or instructions.

The inspector can add standard deficiency images that will improve their capability of selecting the appropriate deficiency level.

Provides capability to add standard comments utilizing voice recognition that converts speech to text during inspection
Quickly scroll to next area or next room and passes area/room if there are no findings and signifies that area/room as passed or failed.

Automatically adds the number of bedrooms to inspections and/or inspector can add a room on the fly.
When deficiencies are noted the system has a Work Order creator that adds a work order for maintenance staff to the iMultifamily Work Order System and synchronizes to the maintenance staff iPhone.
